Please include the dates required starting from the arrival date and ending with the departure date.
We will require the number of people staying and split into Adults and Children.
Once availability is confirmed and the price quoted is accepted we will Book your holiday. A deposit of £100 is required on booking and the balance 6 weeks prior to arrival. If the balance is not paid by the required date the deposit will be forfeited. If we are able to let the caravan for the same cost a re booking charge of £25 will be made and the balance of the deposit returned to you.
If your booking is less than 6 weeks the full amount is required on acceptance. You are advised to effect insurance to cover for cancellation.
We are not able to accept same sex groups or mixed groups where the hirer is under 25. The caravan is “Non Smoking”. This is a rule of the Holiday Complex owners who have to comply with government legislation.
The hirer is responsible for any damage and the caravan is inspected after each letting period. It is in your own interest and is also a requirement of your agreement to hire to report any damage. If on arrival you find any damage or missing items, please telephone us immediately.
